Warranty Service

Products sold  from IHC carry a 90-day warranty. If your problem involves an item no longer with the warranty period, see below.

If parts are missing from an IHC kit, please contact us. Be sure to specify the stock # of the kit as well as the # of the missing part.

if you have purchased an item which is broken or does not function as expected, please return it to the place of purchase. When returning an item purchased directly from IHC, please include a copy of your invoice, your return address and a complete description of the nature of the problem. Send the item by any traceable method to:

Protect yourself by packaging the item properly and insuringthe package. IHC is not responsible for any loss or damage occuring during return shipment.

Non-Warranty Service

Railroad Ron & PJ  does not offer a repair service for AHM, Rivarossi or TYCO products. Your local hobby shop can probably offer you assistance.

We can offer limited repair of IHC merchandise and charge a $15.00 fee for evaluation and return postage. This fee does not cover any repair work. You will be quoted repair charges before any work is performed. When sending an item to us for repair, please include your return address, daytime telephone number, a complete description of the nature of the problem and a check, money order or credit card number and expiration date to cover the evaluation fee.
